Saturday we celebrated Taylorsville Days and Matt's 32nd Birthday at our friend Scott's house. Last year we rented a huge water slide which was amazingly fun, so we decided to do it again this year! Unfortunately I wasn't able to go down the slide this year due to my huge belly, but I will definitely go down next year.
I can't believe my husband is 32! It's crazy to think that I met him when he was 26. Crazy how time flies by. I just wanted to add that I'm so lucky to be with a guy like Matt. I don't think anyone else would have the patience to put up with all the things I do. I'm so proud of him and the hard worker that he is, and I know that he will raise our son to be just like him. I love you Mateo!

Once it got dark we all walked over to see the fireworks. It was so fun, except I had to pee really bad and I was holding it in the entire time. So that's all I could think about.
After the fireworks I was pooped so we decided to go home. It was 11:40 when we got home and Matt wanted to stay up to open his presents. We didn't quite make it to 12:00, so I let him open up his gifts at 11:50. He's an obsessed Utah Fan so I got him a bunch of Utah gear. He really is obsessed. I'm not exaggerating. Have you seen the movie "The Fan"? Let's just say Robert De Niro is exactly like Matt when football season comes around.

Happy Birthday Potato! Looks like you guys had a fun day! You are right Matt is one of a kind! He really is one of the nicest, funniest people ever and Hans and I are so greatful to have you guys as friends! I would also like to add that I love how you call him Mateo in this post! Brings back a lot of funny memories at the mall haha! By the way, you look great in the pics! I really want to see this belly! I know I always say that but I really do :) Love ya!
