New York {Day 4}

Day four was another busy day. We spent the morning at the Central Park Zoo which was surprisingly small. There was like 5 animals there. I didn't feel ripped off though because the place was so pretty and green. The place would be so beautiful for an engagement or bridal shoot. So if any of the three people that read this blog know of anyone that is getting married, suggest that they get married in New York and I will do their pics for free! j/k

One of the five animals they had there was this cute little polar bear. She was a cutie. I loved her . . . and secretly named her Zoey.

They also had rabbits! It was really weird though because we noticed two of them looked like Makai and Bridget. Another weird moment is when Matt straddled one of them. hehehe . . . I just realized I'm not funny.

Turtles! I really hope my face never looks like that again. If it ever does, please slap me.

After the zoo, we walked through Central Park and headed on over to the Museum of History! (This was the museum from Night at the Museum!) It was pretty cool.

This is the dinosaur from the movie.

While I was there, I found my people! I've been looking for them everywhere!

After the museum we walked (for what seemed like forever) to Carnegie Deli. It was so good! The sandwiches were massive and Matt's cost $15! Matt and Makai ordered the Woody Allen (basically a bunch of pastrami and corned beef with a side of bread). Matt ate the whole thing! (This picture only shows half of it). I felt bad for him afterwards. (Let's just say that it didn't sit well)

Next stop was The Lion King. We had less than 30 minutes after we ate to get over there and be in our seats. I was worried we wouldn't make it, but luckily we got there 5 minutes before it started. The show was so good, however we were all so tired and I think I fell asleep for about 20 minutes. It was perfect though because I was reenergized for the rest of it.

This was our last night in NYC. Thank you New York for letting us experience so many different things and live the true New York life for a couple days. We had so much fun and miss you already. Hopefully we'll get to visit again soon!

Stay tuned for my D.C. posts!
