Day 6 was yet another busy day for all of us. We started out at the Holocaust Museum which is probably the saddest museum anyone could ever go to. Although it's really sad, I do recommend seeing it. The line to the museum wasn't bad. We stood in line for about 10 minutes and walked right in.
After the museum, we walked around to a bunch of memorials.
This thing was such a pain to hold on to. Thanks Makai and Anthony for lifting me up there!
I love how everyone's smiling at the camera and Bridget's looking straight forward. That was the original plan, but I guess we forgot to look straight ahead. Sorry Bridget.
After walking around for a couple of hours we went to see Arlington Cemetary and the Changing of the Guards. That was pretty cool. As we were watching it, it began to rain. It was really neat watching the guards be as still as they were. They didn't even flinch or anything.
After we went back to the hotel to rest and change for dinner. We went to Bucca de Beppo. Yummm! We ordered so much food and almost ate all of it.
After dinner, we headed over to Georgetown to walk around. They have really cool shops and the houses there are all really nice and old.
On the way home from Georgetown we went to see the White House. Fun stuff.
